Every client gets their own proposal

A new proposal is usually made from the last one: the design still fits, but the client’s priorities, scope and prices are different. You update the deck, send it and wait to hear back.

In Naimi it all happens in one place: AI builds the presentation, you fill in the client’s details and send a link that shows what happens next.

Studio or your own AI agent

Naimi Studio builds presentations right in the browser. Describe what you need, review the result and ask for changes. You can make a single deck or save the design as a template for the whole team.

Studio is convenient but optional. You can also build with your own AI agent: Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and similar tools work with our free presentation kit. Through the API the agent publishes the presentation, makes versions for each client, tracks views and saves client data.

Make it personal without starting over

You set the design once, in the template. Everything that differs from client to client (name, price, scope, photos) lives in fields. You fill them in the app or through your agent, and nothing has to be generated again.

Client data is saved, so you won’t start the next proposal or report from scratch.

Link, PDF or PowerPoint

Export an editable PowerPoint when you want to work on slides or present offline. Download a PDF for a document that is easy to share and keep.

A web link can do more. Clients can explore pricing, choose a package or answer a question. You can see when the link opens, whether they return and how long they spend viewing it.

These signals tell you when to follow up. Keep in mind that views are tied to the link, not the person: if the client forwards it to a colleague, the stats won’t show which of them viewed it.

Pay for the way you work

Naimi plans include team seats, templates and presentation capacity. Studio AI credits are a separate prepaid balance, with no monthly reset. Filling an existing template’s fields uses no AI credits.

If you work through your own agent, Naimi charges no Studio credits. Your AI provider’s own charges and usage limits apply.

For teams that run their own infrastructure, self-hosted editions provide the Naimi server as a one-time purchase. They work with your own agent and do not include Studio.
