Once you upload your knowledge base, select the AI type and agent operating mode, you'll see the cost per message and available message count for your balance.

What happens if my balance runs out before the month ends?

All plans specify a minimum monthly deposit amount. However, you can top up your balance with any necessary amount at any time.

If I don't use the full deposit, does it carry over to the next month?

The minimum deposit amount for your selected plan does NOT carry over. However, you can start with the minimum plan costing just $39 per month to understand how many messages are actually used in your business.

If I add more funds beyond the plan deposit, do those carry over to the next month?

Yes, but it's important to note that if you haven't used the available messages in your plan, the minimum plan cost will still be deducted from your balance.

Who pays for the AI providers (GPT, DeepSeek, Gigachat, etc.)?

By default, on all plans, we handle payments to all providers. You don't need to additionally connect or pay for these AI systems.

Can I use my own API key and pay AI providers directly?

Yes, only on Business and Enterprise plans. In this case, on our platform you only pay for the actual number of AI requests at a rate of $0.004 per request. Important: one message uses multiple requests. The exact number depends on the selected AI agent operating mode and will be available on the agent card.
