Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations and refunds work for the Naimi service, operated by Brandy IM Inc.. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Free plan

Naimi offers a free plan with no payment required. You can try the core of the Service before deciding to upgrade to a paid plan.

Subscription billing & renewals

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, until you cancel. We do not offer prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period except as described below.

Cancel any time — no lock-in

You can cancel at any time from your account’s billing settings, or by emailing support@naimi.ai. Cancelling stops all future charges. When you cancel:

  • Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, then does not renew.
  • You are not charged again after cancellation.
  • Your account moves to the free plan; presentations you have already sent continue to work within the limits of the free plan.

Because you can cancel before every renewal and keep full access to what you paid for, this is how we keep pricing low instead of building refund costs into it.

Refunds on subscriptions

Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable, including for partial or unused billing periods, except as set out below:

  • Billing errors. If you were charged incorrectly, twice for the same period, or after a valid cancellation, we will refund the incorrect charge in full.
  • Where the law requires it. Where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you a refund right (see “Your statutory rights” below), we will honor it in full.

We recommend starting on the free plan to evaluate Naimi before you pay. If something goes wrong on our side, contact us — we will always try to make it right.

Self-hosted editions (one-time purchases)

Self-hosted editions deliver software source and a license digitally and immediately. Because you receive the source right away, these purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is completed, except where a mandatory law requires otherwise, or where the software is materially defective and we are unable to resolve the issue.

How to request a refund

For billing errors or a statutory refund right, email support@naimi.ai from the address on your account, within 14 days of the charge, with your account details and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer-protection or statutory rights you may have where you live. For example, consumers in the EU and UK may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases; where you ask us to begin providing a digital service immediately and acknowledge that you lose that right once the service is fully performed, the withdrawal right may not apply. Where such rights do entitle you to a refund, we will honor them in full.
