## About this template.

Yes. The template is a document format: Letter or A4 pages with a letterhead, a page footer and signatures, so the PDF prints exactly like the quote it replaces.

**How are line items entered?**

One line per item — description, SKU, unit, quantity, unit price — in the personalization form. Totals, discount, tax and the amount in words are computed in the document.

**Can the client respond without printing?**
