## About this template.

**Why a page and not a PDF?**

Because onboarding changes. Update a date or a contact and the client’s link shows it; a PDF would need resending. The page also tells you whether it was opened.

**Can the sales data pre-fill it?**

Yes. Whatever was personalized during the deal is on the client’s card, so the welcome pack starts pre-filled with the plan and the stakeholders.

**Can I add an intake form?**

Yes — self-fill fields are a template feature; the design brief template shows the pattern. Ask Studio or your agent to add the questions you need.
