A presentation is one personalized copy you send to a single client. Plans limit how many new presentations you create per calendar month — 30 on Free, 100 on Pro, unlimited on Business. The counter tracks creations, not what’s currently live, so deleting a presentation doesn’t return quota — but everything you’ve already sent keeps working. **If I downgrade or cancel, do the links I already sent die?** No. Killing your sent proposals would be hostage-taking, and we don’t do that. Everything you already created keeps living and working, even if it’s over the new plan’s limits — a downgrade only blocks creating new things beyond them. Add-ons the new plan doesn’t support simply stop applying. **Do I pay per user?** No — each plan is a flat monthly price with a fixed number of team seats: 3 on Free, 5 on Pro, 10 on Business. On Business you can buy extra seats at $9/month each (each one also adds 20 PDF exports a month). People who just view your presentations are never counted and never charged. **Can I buy more storage or exports without upgrading?** Yes — on Pro and Business you can add storage (+10 GB for $5/month) and PDF export packs (+50 exports a month for $5/month), each with a yearly option at ten months’ price. Extra team seats are Business-only, at $9/month. Add-ons aren’t available on Free. **What counts toward storage?** Your unpacked template files plus the personalized images you upload for clients. Old template revisions are pruned automatically when you publish a new one, so the quotas go further in practice than they sound. **Is there an annual discount?** Yes — pay yearly and two months are on us: Pro is $190 per year and Business $490 per year, versus $19 and $49 billed monthly. **Do I need to pay for AI usage on top?** Not to us. Template building runs through your own AI agent and your existing subscription — Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or similar. We never resell tokens with a markup, which is a big part of why Naimi costs less than builder-style tools. **How do the self-hosted editions relate to these plans?** They’re separate, one-time purchases for teams that want to run Naimi on their own infrastructure — full source, your servers, your data, no subscription. Two editions: the file-based Team edition at $149, and the PostgreSQL Scale edition for companies running it org-wide. You can clone it and build locally before creating any account.
